[Koha] Bulk patron anonymize/delete tool

What are your other system preference values with regard to Privacy?  
Perhaps we have a different combination of options in place?

We have:
Don't Allow AnonSuggestions
Keep for EnableOpacSearchHistory
Don't allow OPAC Privacy
Allow opacreadinghistory
