[Koha] Starting

Hi,,

I am new in Koha,,
I am getting Software error in Koha 3.6. while creating record.
I didn't do any configuration
what i did is,,

CreateLibrary ->CreateFund&Budget ->CretaeItemType ->CreateVendor->

then tried to create NewRecord and Acquisition but both shows error.
Newrecord creation was tried with default values getting from koha,,I
entered CatalogSource Only as marc21.

please respond,,,,,
