[Koha] 3.8 String Freeze & translate.koha-community.org

The Koha translation web site:

   http://translate.koha-community.org

will be stopped tomorrow between UTC 8:00am and 10:00am in order to be
switched to a new server. At 10:00am, a new Pootle 'Koha 3.8' project
will be loaded with translation files containing new strings to be
translated for the coming Koha 3.8 version.
