[Koha] LDAP documentation

[Tom Hanstra]

Where is the best place to find documentation and maybe examples of how 
to integrate and use LDAP with Koha?  I've seen a few posts that I might 
be able to review, but is there some comprehensive documentation that 
I'm missing?
