[Koha] Task scheduler

[Cab Vinton]

In whatever version of Koha we're running, it appears that the Task
Scheduler can not be used to schedule tasks on a recurring basis,
e.g., once a week, every 14 days, etc. (I'm thinking of running
Reports periodically, in particular.)

Is this accurate?
