[Koha] Subject headings in CAPS - convert to "proper"

Hello all!

   My original imported data had all of the subject headings in CAPITAL LETTERS and all of my new headings are "proper" (first letter is capitalized and that's it).  I know in EXCEL there is a PROPER command that converts ALL CAPS to the proper 'All caps'.

  Is there a command in SQL to convert my all CAPS subject heading to proper?  Or Koha?  Thanks in advance for any help!
