[Koha] More trouble with Koha 3.2.7 Installation ( Can't locate ZOOM.pm in @INC)

Hi again,
The last problem seemed to be solved but now  when I attempt to run
Makefile.PL I get the following message:

What does this mean? And how do I fix it ? I know I have seen this
question several times but can't find the solution.
