[Koha] vanishing contents in lists

I don't know about gremlins, but I know where the data is stored.

The virtualshelves table stores the list names and information about
them (who owns them, what type, etc).

The virtualshelfcontents table stores the biblionumbers of the records
on each list.

If you transferred just the virtualshelves table but not
virtualshelfcontents table you would end up with all your lists but
they'd all be empty.
