[Koha] reoccuring problem with 'search'

Greetings!

 

I have a reoccurring problem with my KOHA 3.2.5. version.  I previously
posted that I search had 'search' problems at the end of March.  Bob
Birchall (Thanks Bob!) posted something that helped solve the problem.  I
have a similar problem now again.  I cannot pull up any records via search
(even if I know what the bar code is of a book that I entered OR the title
of the book entered).  This problem is on both the patron page or on
Librarian Page. I have tried to rebuild the zebra server but no success.
The records are there if I go to 'check out' or 'check in' items.

 

How do I fix this? What is the fix for this?
