[Koha] why doesn't Reply All go back to list?

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback. It was me.  The Koha List was BCC'd and my email
client ignored that (which is exactly what it should do) when I chose
reply-all.

I promise to pause next time before I hit send.....  ;)
