[Koha] New items location Proc

You can use the batch item modification to change them all. Im not
sure why they all got set to Proc when you imported, thats not
something that normally happens, unless they had proc set in the MARC
when you imported them, but that's an aside. Batch item modification
should let you change the shelf location for them all.

You can do a report to a get a list of all the barcodes then use that
to select the items to change.
