[Koha] Bulk MARC import

MarcEdit is great for such tasks. Check out Terry's docs and videos,
and if you still can't figure it out, he's very helpful on the
MarcEdit mailing list.

Before importing, make sure your framework maps that Koha field to the
appropriate Marc subfield.
