[Koha] Problem Importing Patrons

# Good morning,

# I am having problems getting my patron data imported into Koha.  I am using Koha version 
3.00.06.010

# I used the starter CSV file that is on the 'Import Patron' page to set the data in a table.  I 
have checked the categorycode and branchcode to make sure they are correct.  I received the same 
message for the 2750 patrons I uploaded.
