[Koha] Up-gradation from Koha-3.00.06 to Koha-3.02.05

Dear all

My library is running on Koha-3.00.06 on Ubuntu 10 and has almost 4500
biblios, 6700 items and 120 patrons.  I want to upgrade to the latest
version of Koha.  But I have come to know that is a lot of design difference
in both versions (database design and new perl modules).  So what is the
safe way to upgrade so that my data may not affect.

Is it safe to execute in new version?:

make
make test
sudo make upgrade
