[Koha] Fwd: Access to British Library Z39.50 servers

Just in case anyone is experiencing difficulty with the British Library
servers - there's a reason for it and it should be temporary.

 Due to problems with our servers you may be experiencing intermittent
connection problems to our MARC Z39.50 service. We are currently working on
upgrading our servers and hope to have this work completed in the next 2 – 3
weeks.

while we resolve the problem.
