search for suppress=1 in the search box at intranet
Or use the extractvalue function in mysql 5.1 which allows to search for
a subfield in marcxml SELECT * from biblioitems where
extractvalue(marcxml,'//record/datafield[@tag=998]/subfield[@code=q]') = 123
