[Koha] Set principal language

I noted that. If my broswer (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) are in English the  
language of the OPAC load in English. I installed Spanish version of  
crhome and the degault language is set to spanish. By the way... are  
you delete the history, cookies, etc. of your browser and restart it.
