[Koha] After Update to 3.4.1 - XML error

Problem with Ä, Ö, .... fixed

I correct the de-DE.. .po Files in that case. -> Where can I upload it for
use?

But the problem with cataloguing still exist... I found an other post also
for that problem.

Do anybody know where the problem is?
