[Koha] Upgrade to 3.4.1

Welcome. I am responsible for Koha at a Franciscan institution and
I am very happy to see more orders using Koha.

There is an "UPGRADE" section starting on line 369 of INSTALL.ubuntu
in the download when you unpack it.  Please take a look at that and
then ask any more specific questions.  Remember to back up the koha
database from mysql first!
