[Koha] Zebra is not indexing automatically, Help me

Dear,
I am using koha-3.4.1 in ubuntu 10.10 . Zebrar is not indexing
automatically, so I am using terminal to rebuild zebra.... But it is not a
convenient way to reindex biblio records manually after making a new entry.
Please help me to solve this problem,
