[Koha] Overdue procedures with few e-mails on record

Hello all,

We are working on getting our overdue notice procedures up and running and
we are in a situation where 98% of our patrons do not have an e-mail address
entered into their record. With our past systems we have always printed
lists (based on time overdue) and then made phone calls to those people who
we don't have e-mails for. I'm not sure how this can work with Koha. We
have just gotten the overdue cron-jobs set up, but obviously still need to
be able to contact people who won't be receiving e-mails.

Would anyone mind talking off-list if you have any experience or
suggestions?

Thanks,

Lesley Kimball

drab places where people sit in silence, and that's
been the main reason for our policy of employing
