If you mean the barcode reader hardware, i guess its just plug and play on the client computer in my experience. If you mean printing barcodes, yes Koha supports printing of barcodes. If you are more comfortable with some other software, you could just connect to the Koha database and print out the barcodes you want.

And its Koha and not KOHA  ;-)
