[Koha] Amazon Reviews/Similar Items not displayed

Amazon changed their terms of service and we have yet to upgrade the
code on Koha to meet them.  This means that Reviews will not work
until we make that change.  I didn't know that similar items was
included in that  - maybe someone else can fill us in.
