[Koha] someone using XITI for OPAC ?

Hi,

Is there someone using xiti services to have stats on the OPAC ? We have
one customer trying to use it, it does not work, and we don't understand
why (the library uses xiti for other softwares, it fails only for koha)

Any help/idea warmly welcomed !!!
