[Koha] How to use my customized feature in all versions of Koha

Hi,

I will like to use my customized feature in all versions of Koha.

So I have few questions regarding the same.

1) Whether I can add my feature as a plug-in to Koha Versions? 

2) Does Koha has plug-in architecture like Eclipse?
