[Koha] Remove the wording "Issues between"

Hello ! 

The wording : Issues between 2007-01-01 etc. on the serial history is not
well translated into french.
So we want to remove this on the subscription page.

Must I edit the template ?

If so, is there a tutorial on how to create your own template ?
