[Koha] Conference bids?

Lori,

I'm of two minds on the Petaluma proposal. On the one hand, I'd like to have
KohaCon there because that's just down the road from my library in Oakland;
on the other hand, I'd like to have it in a foreign country because I could
have an excuse to travel!

Seriously, I'd be happy to help with the planning in any way I can if
there's interest in having it in Petaluma.
