[Koha] Koha SAX Parser error

Dear Professionals,

I am doing Installation KOHA.3.2.2 on Ubuntu 9.04,when I am giving command *
misc/sax_parser_print.pl* its showing this below error, please any body help
me this problem.

Can't locate object method "new" via package "XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser" at
/usr/share/perl5/XML/SAX/ParserFactory.pm line 43.
