[Koha] unable to run apache after upgrade from 3.0 to 3.2

please help me

how to create kohaadmin at localhost in mysql with permissions to avide
following errors

Access denied for user 'kohaadmin'@'localhost' to database 'koha' at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Context.pm line 692.
