[Koha] Another Error while installing test Koha

Hi Jim and Folks

You may also need to disable the default Apache virtual host
# sudo a2dissite 000-default

and vi /etc/apache2/ports.conf to check if yuou have the following line:
NameVirtualHost *:8080

restart apache, then access to the following URL http://localhost:8080/

It says it is installed but when I go to the admin page to edit at http://127.0.1.1 on port 8080, I get the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.16 (Ubuntu) Server at 127.0.1.1 Port 8080


Any ideas where I might have gone wrong?
