[Koha] Help to unsubscribe

Help!  I can't seem to get unsubbed from this list.  I have gone to the Koha web 
site and done what I was supposed to there many times, and that has never worked 
for me.   I also sent a message to the postmaster at katipo.co.nz and 
haven't had any luck that way either.  Can anyone here help me with the correct 
procedure for leaving this list?
