This is the order 

[XML::SAX::PurePerl]

http://xml.org/sax/features/external-general-entities

http://xml.org/sax/features/external-parameter-entities
= 1



 

[XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser]

http://xml.org/sax/features/namespaces
= 1

 

check it
SAX::Parser

root at srv104:/usr/share/koha/bin#
./sax_parser_print.pl
