[Koha] zebra not rebuilding

The PERL5LIB and KOHA_CONF environment variables should be set
before running the rebuild_zebra.pl script (or most Koha scripts).
  export PERL5LIB=...
  export KOHA_CONF=...

You can probably find the values in koha-httpd.conf if not elsewhere.

I think this should be at
http://koha-community.org/documentation/faq/administration/ but it
isn't and I can't edit that page.  Who can?
