[Koha] Cannot open koha2.2.9-w32-R1.Exe after download: unknown file type

Thanks Owen.
I was able to open the file eventually.
The file was downloaded as Koha2.2.9-w32-R1[1]
The .Exe extension was replaced by [1] hence the
file could not be opened since windows could not
determine the file type. So, renamed the file to
Koha2.2.9-w32-R1.Exe and that did the magic.
I have since installed Koha.
