[Koha] Another Error while installing test Koha

[Buster]

It says it is installed but when I go to the admin page to edit at
http://127.0.1.1 on port 8080, I get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.
------------------------------
Apache/2.2.16 (Ubuntu) Server at 127.0.1.1 Port 8080


Any ideas where I might have gone wrong?
