     I suppose this will cement why I am a fool, though in my own defence this 
topic is quite shiny.

     Has anyone out in listserv land read Images of Organisation by Morgan? I'd 
hazard that the lion's share of getting things right lies in honouring a proper 
fit between structure and purpose. For instance, I would rabidly argue against a 
Tayloristic approach in most OS projects.
