[Koha] Koha - permission to do overdue.pl

I'm curious, do you feel that this particular report should be available to circulation staff with "regular" circulation permissions, or is it ok that your circ staff has access to all of reports? If so, it might be a good idea to file a bug about that. 

I'm not sure I have an opinion about that, but maybe you do. :)
