Actually I downloaded the liblime-koha package from http://www.koha.org

So I felt it is the open source integrated library management system.

Keep it real :D Download from http://koha-community.org/download-koha/ The version you have is closed source, so we can't help ye, alas, because your engine's bonnet is soldered shut, mate.
