Ahhh thank you Martin

Between you, Liz, Jared, Nicole, Katrin, Henri-Damien, David, Ian and
I, we seem to have found the issue, it is indeed the interface for
saving the rules that is breaking things

Working on a fix now.

Teamwork FTW
