It always makes it much easier to answer your questions if you tell us
what version of Koha you are running

There is a bug for this
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6513

Which has a patch, that is awaiting QA, and then it will be pushed up
and in the next release of 3.4.x (which is 3.4.4)
