[Koha] Can't create new Item Types

Howdy,

I have browsed through bugzilla and can't find a reported bug causing this, so am wondering if I am missing something silly. I simply can't create a new item type, after going through the process and saving changes nothing happens. It worked fine way back when were setting up.
