[Koha] Circulation Speed

Chris,


If you run your Koha installation off of Git, a patch has been published to
create a new system preference to enable/disable the JQuery in question.
 You can access this patch at:
http://lists.koha-community.org/pipermail/koha-patches/2010-September/012534.html

If you don't use Git, the contents of the patch will at the very least show
you what lines of code to replace with what in order to get the same
functionality.

Any improvements/suggestions for this are of course welcome.
