[Koha] Call for use of wiki to discuss Koha foundation

We have been provided a place where data on a Koha
association/foundation/organization can be gathered, organized and commented
on.  (Thanks to those who set this up.) I'm only repeating what others have
said--the Koha list and the IRC are not the best places to work out the
issues surrounding the establishment of an organization.  Effectively, I'm
calling for an end to this discussion on the list particularly since it has
not always been civil and/or productive.

I think that we all have the same goals here:

   - Establish a foundation/association/organization to oversee the Koha
   assets
   - Gather all of the assets together

We should all be able to work together to make this happen. As for what a
foundation could do, I think this page is a good start:
