[Koha] Inconsistencies in retrieving information

Dear all
i have installed koha 3.006 on Ubuntu 10.04.
it is working properly and i have  imported bibliographic datae in  MARC
form and all the records were imported successfully.
Now the problems i am facing with koha  are :


1 when i am trying to find out the record by barcode number it shows
multiple results.

2  Sometimes It  gives no result for keyword searching or ISBN searching

3 I could not delete the entire name of the libraries that are already built
in koha
