[Koha] Where discuss RFCs ?

  Hi to all,

I write this mail to koha and koha-devel mailing lists because this 
topic is quit wide.

So where do you think we need to discuss RFC?

An example is this RFC:

I want to add my considerations also (a user asked us a develop about 
analytics
on unimarc).
