Better yet... maybe someone at PTFS can explain what the underlying motive
was in buying up domains that are clearly intended to sew more confusion and
discord.

I say that this issue is far from dead and that this appears to be further
evidence of an on-going subtle, subversive, and covert attempt to turn Koha
into a single point of control and ownership project. (This happened to
Amanda, an open-source project which is now totally controlled by Zamanda, a
for-profit company and has very little community input or contribution.)

This appears to be an attempt to bring this domain name under the umbrella
of the Koha US trademark.
