[Koha] Add tag when edit record

Thank you for your replies!

Kathy, the tag I want to add is 099 (local call/text number). Pressing  
new record, either in default framework or book framework, it doesn't  
appear...

Should I make a new framework and set 099 mandatory?... don't know really..
