[Koha] Add tag when edit record

Hello to all! This is my first post! 

 

I am a newbie here. :-( please help!

I have trouble in editing/correcting a bib record. I chose edit record in
order to add a bib tag but I cannot find the appropriate button to do so.

 

How can I add tags to a bib/auth record that has already been saved.?
