[Koha] Home Branch/Holding Branch Problem 3.0.6

Here is the error:

Wide character in null operation at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0/MARC/Charset/Table.pm line 96.

This is after 1500 records processed.  Is there a force or skip so I can get
past the bad record?
