[Koha] Washington/Oregon Koha users group

Thanks for replying Darla!  I had looked around for Koha libraries in this
neck of the woods and saw a couple of Alaska libraries in the list - I was
hoping someone would reply.  I've been to Alaska a few times (Sitka and
Juneau) and have friends in Fairbanks and family in Anchorage.

So we've got replies from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska ... come on
Montana and Canada, we know you're out there.
